A Wednesday game against Loomis-Chaffee started strong with a goal from Griffin Mariani ‘26 barely a minute into the game. We continued to maintain possession throughout the game, with long pole Sawyer Johnson ‘25 back on ground ball control. Leo Zhao ‘26 was also able to run the field, picking up a ground ball and maintaining possession, which contributed to our offense. Marko Wuchenich ‘26 scored two goals in the third and fourth quarter and Rowan Dias ‘27 opened quarter four with a goal that put pressure on the Loomis defense, letting Marko close with our final game goal. Our FOGO, Trevor Stadler ‘25, was an expert team player, not only controlling a loose ball, but he also walked away with an assist. Once again, Ryan Amundson ‘24 contributed greatly to our defensive squad, with seven game saves and a quarter three shut-out that limited Loomis’ offense. JV Lacrosse is feeling prepared going into our weekend battle with Andover on 4/27/24.
