Three runs was good enough for Deerfield to defeat Exeter and win their 7th consecutive game and improve to 6-0 in league play. The teams combined for just 9 hits and 6 errors. Gavin Rigney was 2-3 with 2 runs scored and Jake Rohan was 2-2 with an RBI. SP Tripp Woytowicz got his 2nd win of the season, throwing 6 innings and allowing 2 ER on 4 hits and 4 BBs. RP Connor Niemec pitched a scoreless seventh for his 2nd save of the season.
