On Friday, the Big Green hosted Loomis on Jamie Kapteyn field. Loomis opened the game with power and determination and caught the Big Green flat footed at the opening whistle. The Pelicans netted three early goals. The Big Green regrouped at half time, and controlled more of the play in the second half. At the final whistle the score was 4-0 in favor of the Pelicans. The Big Green will look to regroup on Wednesday at Worcester.
