Spirits were low when we entered our rematch against Bement. Not only had we lost to them already, but there was only a week between our previous defeat to them. Even so, we put it all on the field this time against Bement. While we didn’t score, we worked overtime on all parts of the field, getting the ball from them whenever and wherever we could. Yewon, our goalie, worked especially hard this game with dives left and right, saving whatever balls she could. Even though we lost, this game marks the beginning of a new mentality for the team as we march towards our game against Loomis.
