With 15 minutes left in the half, Deerfield gave Andover their first chance and they took it, scoring the first goal of the game. Andover followed up with one more goal to finish the half with a 2-0 lead. The second half was very similar, going scoreless for the majority of the time. Deerfield came the closest to a goal with a brilliant volley from Sungmin Ahn ’26 that unfortunately missed and a header from Jack Borg ’27 that prompted a great save by the Andover goalie.
