Deerfield traveled to Andover Friday night to play the Big Blue under the lights. Deerfield came out with intensity and grit and put together a fantastic first quarter. Lilly Oliver ’26 got DA on the board first with a beautiful shot off a corner. Andover’s offensive strength emerged in the second and third quarters though as they used quick, effective passing to score three goals on DA before the end of the half. Andover added two more goals in the 3rd quarter to go up 5-1. Deerfield played with much more poise and intensity in the fourth quarter and did a great job maintaining possession and creating offensive opportunities. Chloe Cleaves ’26 eventually capitalized on a beautiful breakaway goal to bring the final score to 2-5. Erin Dunne ’28, Eloise Hochberg ’27, Haley Abraham ’25, Loulla Rousou ’25, and Julia Tamul ’25 played great defensively. Up next: DA travels to KUA on Wednesday. Go Big Green!
