On Saturday the varsity squash teams headed out to Wallingford to take on the Boars of Choate, and the boys team also matched up with Salisbury. Due to some absences, there were some ladder changes for the match, allowing some of our developing players to take the stage. During the Choate contest, Alex Ayers ’24 dismantled his opponent in straight sets in the number seven position, and Kyle Yang ’26 climbed out from a 0-2 hole to capture a huge comeback win at # 3. Other than that, we didn’t have quite enough firepower to get a win elsewhere, despite some brilliantly fought matches from Youssef El Wabory ’25 and Read Kitchel ’26.
