The Deerfield boys JV tennis team (1-3) dropped a heartbreaker today, losing to NMH 5-4 at home. Despite being up 4-1 after the first five singles matches, Deerfield couldn’t close out another match, while NMH won the last four to take the overall match. Once again, due to scheduling constraints, all of the matches were played as single set, 8-game pro set without advantages.
