This Saturday the Big Green boys varsity squash team headed out for their season opener against longtime rival Hotchkiss. The boys knew it would be a tough one this year, so every player showed courage and resilience up and down the ladder. In the end we didn’t solve enough puzzles, and left the field of play with a 1 – 6 result. We saw standout performances from Christian Capella ’25 and Read Kitchel ‘26, who took their opponents to 4 and 5 sets respectively in the number 1 and 4 positions, as well as a 1stcareer win from sophomore Hart Robertson! The boys will regroup and train with intention ahead of their match with Andover next Saturday. Go Big Green!
