Deerfield fell to Cheshire Academy by a score of 28-22. With the win Cheshire remains the only undefeated team left in the Northeast Prep Football Conference. RB Malachi Costello continued to find the end zone, scoring twice in the red zone. QB Cole Geer scored the 3rd touchdown from 3 yards out on a QB zone read. On defense, Deerfield scored a safety after P Caden True pinned Cheshire on the ½ yard line. FS Owen Haight and C Will Machnik each had an interception.
