Deerfield bounced back after a tough loss against Exeter with a resounding 45-19 win against Andover on Jim Smith Field. The Deerfield defense swarmed early led by a pair of pick 6’s by FS Xavier Aviles and LB Ethan Roossein on back to back possessions. RB/WR Zell Lassister was electric, scoring 3 touchdowns and made multiple highlight real plays. RB Malachi Costello added a rushing touchdown of his own and has scored in all 7 games this year for Deerfield. SS Caden True got his 2nd INT of the season in 3rd quarter. Deerfield plays their final road game of the season this Saturday against Salisbury at 5pm.
