The Deerfield Doors tackled the challenging NMH course with gusto and determination after a hard week of training, and although our diminished numbers affected our team result, there were many individual successes to celebrate. Gage Calhoun ’27 and Leela Portny ’25 both knocked a significant chunk off their times from their last race at NMH, and Kyla Wagstaff ’24 ran her first race of the season in style, coming in fifth for Deerfield. We are proud of our runners today, and we are looking forward to racing at home next weekend when we should hopefully be back to full force for our senior meet and last race before the championship!
