Girls Varsity Hockey made the short trip to NMH this evening and skated away with a 6-1 victory. We opened the scoring on the power play, with CC Deslauriers ‘23 finishing off a nice passing sequence from Annie Dinges ‘24 and Kaley MacDonald ‘23. MacDonald doubled our lead off of a snipe from a Dinges pass, and then Brady Wierl ‘26 tipped home a puck (assists to Peyton Wierl ‘26 and Cal Ferraris ‘23) to give us a 3-0 lead after the first. In the second, Dinges scored a beautiful goal unassisted, and in the third Dinges scored again (assists to Gia Thompson ‘26 and Mia Goetzke ‘24 after hard work on the forecheck). Our final goal was another from Brady Wierl, after great work down low from Peyton Wierl and Ava Giroux ‘26. Campbell Krotee ‘25 was good in goal, and Bailey Miller earned the hard hat for her great pinches and smart shots. Next up is a home game (finally!) against Exeter on Saturday.
