In our second game of the day, we faced a fast Lawrenceville team. We got on the board first, as Gia Thompson ‘26 buried a rebound after a lot of hard work from Annie Dinges ‘24. Lawrenceville scored two in the second period as our tired legs became a factor, but we regrouped in the third and played an excellent final frame. Kaley MacDonald ‘23 scored the equalizer off of an assist from Cal Ferraris ‘23, and Lauren Sobczak came up big down the stretch in goal. A bit of a frustrating weekend in terms of results, but the team played hard and did a lot of things well against tough competition. We’ll look forward to another road game on Wednesday at NMH. Again, huge thanks to the Deslauriers family for the amazing spread of food; we are very grateful!
