On Friday, Deerfield traveled to Pittsfield to take on Miss Hall’s. With a solid crowd in attendance for the Hurricanes, Deerfield got the victory, 3-0.

All Deerfield players saw meaningful court time with Harmoni Dobbins ‘26 getting a number of kills, Elle Stearns ‘23 going on long service runs, Natalie Meyer ‘23 putting away balls from the right side, and Margot McAuliffe ‘24 getting some great hits in the middle. Emily Rice ‘24 did a great job as libero and Greta Trapp ‘25 and Wuyee Ke ‘26 moved the ball efficiently as setters.

Thanks to Miss Hall’s for hosting and for helping both teams recognize and acknowledge the referees during referee appreciation week.

We next host Williston in the Barn on Wednesday for a 3 pm match.
