Deerfield finished the regular season on a high note by beating Avon 13-5. Deerfield exploded for 7 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning and in total scored runs in 6 out of 7 innings. Billy Mrowka continued his hot streak of hitting, going 3-3 with a HR and 3 RBI. Tynan Creagh had a multi hit game and Geoff Jamiel had 2 RBI. Kiernan Keller and Jack Chorske pitched a combined 5 innings in relief and allowed 0 ER, 4 hits, and had 7 Ks.
