The DA boys’ thirds basketball team hosted NMH for its first game of the season. We started a bit slow but fought back well in the first half to be only down five going into the break at 14 – 19. After a little bit of back and forth, NMH was able to stretch their lead and we could never scrap our way back. The final score went to a well-coached NMH team at 29 – 41. Our returning juniors led the way with Justin Ahn ‘24, Reed Ferguson ‘24 and Ephraim Tutu ‘24 playing well on both ends of the court. Ephraim and Justin led us in scoring with 9 and 7 points respectively. Tyler Long ‘26 established himself as a ferocious rebounder in his first game for DA. We’re looking forward to this weekend’s mini-tournament at Suffield Academy.
