In the first match of the season, Deerfield’s thirds squash faced its neighbors up the rock in a close match-up. For all but two members of the team, the match was their first one for Deerfield’s squash program. With competitive playing under their belt, the team identified their weak spots (and training focus for the future) of agility and placing the ball. One highlight was Luca Lyons ’26 playing a second exhibition match with an extra player from Eaglebrook. We’re looking forward to our next match against Williston on Saturday.
