The DA VFH team travelled to Westminster on Wednesday to play the Martlets. Westminster was a disciplined and fast team, and the Big Green unfortunately didn’t play their best game. Despite some strong defensive play by Ella Davies ’24 and Bailey Miller ‘24, the Martlets found the back of the net four times before the first half. DA held Westy to just one goal in the second half and although DA’s corners totaled 14 to Westy’s 8 throughout the game, we unfortunately were not able to convert. We look forward to improving before traveling to Taft on Saturday.
