Deerfield Tennis Sweeps Sacred Heart in First Round of NEPSAC Tournament

Deerfield’s varsity girls tennis team hosted Sacred Heart on Saturday morning for the semifinal round of the NEPSAC Class A Postseason Tournament. Deerfield’s girls got off to a promising start, sweeping the Sacred Heart in the doubles phase. Credit goes to the pairings from Greenwich, chalking up five wins at both first and second doubles. Heading into the singles portion of the morning, DA only needed two wins to clinch the match.
