JV Golf played Loomis at the beautiful Wintonbury Hills Golf course, where blue skies, warm weather, and strong Deerfield golf prevailed. Led by Axel Mattsson ’21, whose 38 made him the medalist, and sophomore Teddy Donohue’s season best of 41, Deerfield won 204-234. Juniors Jarod Harrington (40), Stuart Grow (40), and Janis Chen (45) also had fine rounds. Senior Nathan Hu (46) had his last round for Deerfield, and we stopped for dinner at Chipotle on the way home to celebrate his contributions to the program and our second straight undefeated season.
