The Big Green offered a balanced and well-executed performance against Middlesex on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Our midfielders were particularly impressive in their ability to gain possession of draw controls, and this factor proved to be a substantial element in the day’s success. The victory was a full team effort, and both our defensive and offensive units offered cohesive and high-energy play. Offensive scoring was spread across five attackers, and four defenders came up with defensive blocks. We were also proud of several midfield passing sequences that resulted in goals. The captains named Haley Sundstrom as the Play Tough player of the game for her hustle and high-level execution in the offensive zone.
