The Deerfield nine traveled to Watertown, CT on Wednesday April 10th to take on Taft Academy in non-league action. Deerfield fell behind early in the contest and never quite recovered in the first road contest of the year, losing 11-4. Levi Constant, Jack O’Neil, Dylan Skov and Max Stevens each had a hit for the Big Green. Henry Gustavson pitched a scoreless 6th inning. Deerfield now stands at 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the league.
