Deerfield baseball pounded out 16 hits in defeating NMH 14-0 in league action on Saturday, April 13^th at Headmasters’ Field. Henry Gustavson pitched 5 scoreless innings striking out 8 and David Thomas pitched two scoreless innings striking out 2. Deerfield was led offensively by Dylan Skov (4-5 2 runs scored), Tyler Mudd (4-5 4 RBI 2 runs scored), David Thomas (2-4) and Jack O’Neil (3 RBI and 2 runs scored). The win pushes Big Green’s record to 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the league. Next up is a home league game vs Worcester Academy on Wednesday at 4pm.
