Travelling to Williston on Wednesday, Deerfield varsity volleyball emerged victorious by a score of 3-0 (25-16, 25-14, 25-23).

The gym was hot and we needed to do a better job of bringing our full energy and focus to certain spots in the match, but we were able to take care of the play on our side of the court and win the match. Well done by Williston in playing smart during the 3rd set and picking up our strong hits. Serving continues to be a strength for Deerfield and paired with increased consistency this should allow us to challenge teams and put them on the defensive right away.

On Saturday, Deerfield will travel to face a perennially-strong St. Paul’s team; game time is 4:15 pm.
