The girls JV hockey team took on Loomis in the Class of 1993 rink on Wednesday. The Big Green did a great job challenging Loomis’ defense with numerous shots and pretty passing combinations. The Loomis goalie was outstanding, but Meredith Heaney ‘19 was eventually able to put one away in the first period. Goals by Regan Hoar ‘20, Sydney Gregg ‘20, and Juliet Perry ‘19 followed in the second and third periods, and the Big Green finished with an impressive 4-1 win. Gabby Hu ‘21 was fantastic in goal for Deerfield too! We look forward to seeing the Pelicans again in our last game of the season. Go Big Green!
