Baseball: Varsity loses to Andover (DH)

Event Details

Deerfield broke up a no hitter in the 7th inning and went on to score a run to tie the game 1-1.  Andover got a walk off single in the bottom half of the 7th to sweep the double header 2-1.  Both teams combined for just 6 hits.  Jared Pantalony started the 2nd game and went 3 innings and Henry Gustavson came in relief to pitch the final 4 innings.  With the loss, Deerfield finished league play with a 6-6 record and 3rd in the league which qualifies them for the league championship tournament as the 3 seed.
