With the game tied 3-3 headed into the bottom of the 6^th inning, Deerfield scored 9 runs en route to a 12-4 league win over visiting Providence Country Day School. The win was Deerfield’s 4^thin a row in league play. Mike Bevino had a big day at the plate, going 3-4 with 2 RBI and 3 R. David Thomas also had 2 hits, 2 RBI, and 2 R. Jared Pantalony won his 3^rd consecutive start, going 6 innings only allowing 4 hits and 0 ER. Pantalony sports a 1.56 ERA and is 3-0 this year. Javy Irizarry was the 3^rd Deerfield hitter to have a multiple hits in the first of two games played on Saturday.
