On a “nice” day compared to yesterday’s rain storm, we competed against Andover in a gritty, and extremely muddy game. They went up early, but we countered late in the first half with a beautiful goal by Jackson Rother. As the second half began, both teams had many chances. Andover had two great chances toward the end of the game, but thanks to some wonderful goalkeeping by Abdiel Torres, the score remained 1-1. It was a scrappy game, but we controlled the middle of the field extremely well thanks to great play from Cosmo Hunt and Alexander Grosse. Throughout the game, we were able to string together some nice pieces of soccer, completing 5 or 6 consecutive passes.
