A slightly shorthanded boys thirds squash team journeyed to Westminster on a chilly Saturday afternoon. Nevertheless, everyone rose to the occasion and we took care of business, losing only a handful of exhibition matches (due in part to fatigue). Notable moments included Smitty’s fourth-game bagel and Charlie’s 19-17 loss in his seventh game of the day. Additional congrats go to freshman Davis Cook, the only two-time winner on the day, on the first win of his career.
The boys raise their record to 5-0, and are one of only three winter teams to remain undefeated (the others being our female counterparts, as well as the boys JV). A grueling stretch of three matches looms ahead: Choate, Taft, and Suffield.
