An long trip to Exeter NH to face a limited opponent. The Big Green came out strong and went up by six goals within the first ten minutes of the game. Goal scorers in the first period included Meredith Heaney (2), Juliet Perry, Maggie Roche, Katie Whalen, Tierney Roche. The second period was highlighted by solid passing and puck control. Only two more goals went up on the board for us during the second period, scored by Bailey Cheetham and Lily Faucett. A strong shot from Exeter mid second period made it to the back of our net to put them on the scoreboard. The third period was a successful keep away game for Deerfield. Overall, another great showing for the Big Green.
