11 different Deerfield scorers contributed to yesterdays victory over Pomfret, and Meghan Halloran won 11 of the Big Green’s 17 draw possessions. Deerfield’s double teams were effective both in the low defensive end as well as in the midfield, and ball movement looked sharp inside the offensive eight meter. The Captains named Audrey McManemin as the Team Player of the Game. Audrey came up with three caused turnovers over the course of the contest and tallied 1 goal and 1 assist.
