Meaghan O’Brien ’18 threw a one-hitter on Thursday afternoon as the Big Green downed the Hoggers from NMH 15-0. O’Brien struck out 14 of 18 batters in the 6-inning contest.

Ireland Miessau ’17 led the hitting attack by driving in 5 runs on 3 hits, including a 3-run home run in the 5th inning. Georgia Quesnelle ’19 and O’Brien ’18 also had big appearances at the plate, combining for 5 hits and 7 RBI on the day.

Deerfield looks to extend their hot streak against Taft this Saturday, April 22nd at home. First pitch at 3 PM.
