Deerfield Academy Big Green JV baseball jumped out to an early lead over Loomis Chaffee School and took home a 14-3 victory on Wednesday, 4/5.

Pitcher Henry Renelus earned the win for Deerfield Academy Big Green JV. He went four innings, allowing three runs, six hits, striking out two, and walking zero.

Deerfield Academy Big Green JV had ten hits in the game. Constant, Terry, and Menafee each collected multiple hits for the Big Green. Constant and Shuhda each drove in two runs to lead Deerfield Academy Big Green JV. Deerfield Academy Big Green JV stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Terry led the way with two.

The team will continue it’s season preparation with a scrimmage this Saturday at 10:00 am vs. NE Ruffnecks.
