Thirds squash was firing on all cylinders early on Wednesday afternoon. Although Justin was in the health center with a stomach bug, everyone stepped up to get the job done. Highlights included Ethan’s 19-17 first game win (in which he saved five game points, and which he followed with a bagel), Smitty’s three overtime wins, and Neil Nie (the Science Guy) being the first off the court in his competitive debut.
With the win, we’ve already eclipsed our win total from last season, and double-digit victories are within our sights. The fellas will scatter for the long weekend before reconvening for a rematch with Bement next week.
