With the aid of a vocal, buoyant home crowd, Deerfield secured its first win of the season against a scrappy Westminster squad. Nick Osarenren led the way with 27 points, including 4 three-pointers. Both Colman Shea and Bennett Pitcher chipped in with double-doubles in points and rebounds. Marios Bourtzonis exhibited an all-court game notching 7 points, 4 steals, 2 steals and 2 blocked shots.
