Shots were flying fast and furious in Wednesday’s contest. Andrew Penner and Suffield’s leading scorer traded scores for most of the afternoon. Unfortunately for Deerfield, the final goal for Suffield came in the sudden death overtime period. The Big Green had working leads in both halves but couldn’t maintain enough defensive pressure to keep those margins.
