Deerfield Wins Road Game at Williston

The boys varsity soccer team defeated a young but talented Williston team this afternoon behind two goals from senior George Fair and an own goal from one of Williston’s center backs. The Big Green controlled the ball for the majority of the match but Williston presented a number of dangerous scoring opportunities that were turned away by Senior Captain Tim Gerber ’17. Assists on the day came from PGs Chad Haggerty ’17 and Angel Paes ’17. The team will now focus on next Wednesday’s game against a very talented NMH team.
