“Recently Deerfield social media featured my father, Walter Lewis ’49, in a post on the Facebook DA group in a film with students picking potatoes back in 1950. 17 seconds into the film is my father dumping potatoes from a bucket into a bag. He was so excited when I sent it to him! He just turned 92 in August and still looks great.” – Chip Lewis ’79
