Suddenly, March 25, 2015
His family were by his side for his brief stay in Sherman House, Hospice of the Valley, in Scottsdale Arizona. He passed peacefully in his sleep from several strokes. He is survived by his wife, Diane Larsen Creamer, and his children Susan, Colleen, John and Michael as well as eleven grandchildren. Jack and Diane were married December 27, 1952 for sixty two wonderful years.
