I had the opportunity to catch up with Foreign Service Officer Don Sheehan ’74 before his move to Texas to become a foreign policy advisor (POLAD) to U.S. Northern Command during my summer internship at the Department of State. Don generously provided valuable insights on his career as a diplomat as well as U.S. foreign policy over the summer. I return to Cornell this fall for my junior year and look forward to continuing my academic studies and playing on the men’s squash team. –James Paolella ‘16
