We recently moved to Atlanta from Santa Monica, California. I am working on the buy-side for a fund that acquires distressed assets in the U.S., Brazil and Spain. My parents’ friends have made the transition much easier, but we still miss California quite a bit. Much to the hound’s chagrin, we also recently adopted a stray cat. Prior to leaving LA, I ran into Emery Laiw, Peter Chan and Mark Yung (’92) at a Deerfield Reunion in Los Angeles. It was good seeing them again.
