In late July, I drove my wife and some long time friends down “Memory Lane” through Deerfield and then stopped to see our Classmate Ed Yazwinski ’45, who unfortunately suffered a stroke last fall at the time of the big flood that submerged the lower level and most all of his families’ corn fields. They managed to survive and we had a wonderful time with him as we drove around his extensive dairy farm.
