Joe Tarr ’98 was married to Maria Fernanda Tarr in Oaxaca City, Mexico on Feb 16th this 2013. Friends and classmates, AJ Lika ’98 and Scott MacArthur ’98, were there to join in the celebration at the beautiful Santo Domingo church and for the reception in the neighboring Ethnic Botanical gardens and museum.
