The following guidelines are for all travel, and they include further precautions if you are traveling to high-risk areas. They are designed to help ensure safety and security. If you are traveling internationally for academy-related purposes, or with Deerfield technology, you are required to register your travel plans using the form below. *Please note: The Academy cautions against international travel to any Elevated Risk locations categorized as Level 3 or Level 4 by the U.S. Department of State, or classified as Warning Level 3 by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. All students or employees who are traveling internationally on Academy business, or with Academy equipment, should register their travel using this form at least two weeks prior to their departure. This will help us keep an eye on any suspicious activity from your account while you are traveling.
