International Travel Registration and Technology Guidelines

Travel exposes your personal information, Academy data resources, and technology devices to new environments and potentially greater risks. The following guidelines are for all travel, and they include further precautions if you are traveling to high-risk areas. They are designed to help ensure safety and security. Please review these guidelines carefully prior to travel.

Technology Guidelines for international travel

If you are traveling internationally for academy-related purposes, or with Deerfield technology, you are required to register your travel plans using the form below. *Please note: The Academy cautions against international travel to any Elevated Risk locations categorized as Level 3 or Level 4 by the U.S. Department of State, or classified as Warning Level 3 by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  Helpful Links to assess category of risk for location(s): U.S. Department of State Travel Advisory  and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Travel Notices.
