The Body Project

In this four-part series, we debunk what drives these impossible standards, who benefits from them, learn to clap back at body-shaming nonsense, and have a great time doing it. It’s also evidence-based to increase body satisfaction, decrease disordered eating behaviors, and reduce lifetime risk for developing eating disorders. We’ll be meeting in Chen 210 after sit-down dinner on Tuesdays, April 7 and 14, Thursday, April 23, and the final Tuesday in April, the 28th.
