Please remember that our required academic integrity sessions, On Being a Deerfield Scholar, are happening this week on Thursday, August 28, immediately following sit-down dinner and will end at approximately 7:45 pm. In these sessions, faculty will discuss our expectations around responsible scholarship, generative AI, and academic integrity. You’ll learn important information about plagiarism, proper collaboration, and internet sourcing. Academic integrity is a vital element of our school community, so please make sure you attend your session and pay close attention. These sessions are required for ALL students, both new and returning. Make sure you bring your laptop with you because you will need a device that can connect to the internet at the end of the session. Bring them to sit-down dinner to ensure you will arrive at the session on time.
