The International Student Alliance would like to invite you to an exciting event this coming Sunday. One of the ISA’s missions is to provide opportunities to gain a global perspective on diverse topics and to provide a space to engage in dialogue and exercise empathy.
Lakhdar Brahimi is a former Algerian freedom fighter, foreign minister, conflict mediator, and U.N. Diplomat. He was a founding member of the Elders alongside Nelson Mandela and the late President Jimmy Carter. We are fortunate to have him join us via Zoom at 3 pm in Room 104 in the Library to share his experience as a global citizen and diplomat on the international stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students who want to be leaders in conflict resolution, and global citizenship is highly encouraged to join to gain from Mr. Brahimi’s valuable insights and ask questions about topics of their interest.
