Facilities will be pumping the grease trap that serves the temporary dining hall. It is scheduled for Monday at 10:00 am. This will cause some strong odors. Facilities plans on the HVAC team shutting down air intakes to help keep the smell out of buildings.
We expect this to be briefly unpleasant for a while, and then any odors will dissipate with the wind.
