Telephone System Outage: On Monday and Tuesday, November 19th and 20th, we will migrate all telecom equipment (phones, fax machines, etc.) to a new phone system provider – Granite Telecommunications. The Academy will experience phone system outages Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. Additional information regarding the outage schedule will be provided to individual campus departments as the date approaches.
Banner and DAinfo Outage: From Wednesday, November 21st through Sunday, November 25th ITS will complete an 8-month project to implement the most recent version of Banner – Banner9. The final migration will require a complete outage of all Banner and DAinfo services, beginning at 10:00pm on Wednesday the 21st, and ending at 5pm on Sunday the 25th. No Banner, BannerWeb or DAinfo functions will be available during this 4-day period. Additional information about systems and services that connect to Banner will be sent to impacted administrative departments.
